AppSofa LLC (“AppSofa,” “we,” “us”) operates appsofa.com. This page explains what information we collect through this site and how we use it.

Information we collect

If you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide (name, work email, organization, and message) solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

AppSofa Lab: automated content

Our Lab section (arXiv paper summaries, financial news summaries, and related video content) is generated automatically by AI systems we operate, using publicly available data sources (arXiv, financial news APIs). This process does not collect personal information about site visitors.

YouTube API Services disclosure

Some of AppSofa’s automated Lab content (see above) is published as video to YouTube using YouTube API Services. This integration:

  • Is used solely to publish AppSofa’s own AI-generated video content to AppSofa’s own YouTube channel(s).
  • Does not access, collect, or share data belonging to any other YouTube user, channel, or account.
  • Does not use YouTube data to build user profiles, for advertising, or for any purpose beyond publishing our own content and organizing it into playlists on our own channel.

By using YouTube API Services, we agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. For more on how Google handles data generally, see the Google Privacy Policy.

Hosting

This site and the data behind our Lab section are hosted on Microsoft Azure. Azure processes data on our behalf under its own data processing and security terms.
