There are several businesses providing online LLC training programs, and it’s often hard to decide which one has the best interests in mind.
We have outlined the 14 top LLC resources online if you are trying to build an LLC, but you’re not quite sure where to turn. Pricing, characteristics, capabilities, disadvantages, industry stats, and what we think overall will be addressed for each service.
Alternatively, if you’re trying to save time on research and want to develop your LLC today, we’ll launch this list by taking you out of all 14 choices to the #1 best LLC service and why.
#1) Zen Business
For the last 4 years, Zen Company, our favorite of all LLC training programs, has been helping entrepreneurs shape an online business.
By providing affordable LLC and corporation creation services, without losing useful functions, the Texas-based firm is seeking to turn the online business services industry on its head. Zen Company receives exceptional reviews from customers, and their preparation options are very interesting.
Pricing & Features:
- Starter ($39)-This strategy continues with the fundamentals of training, including the complete preparing and filing of the company formation papers. In addition, from one of their in-house CPAs, you’ll offer registered agent support, an LLC operating arrangement, and a risk-free review.
- This plan adds a federal tax ID number (EIN), a banking resolution, and the Stress Free Pledge, which includes your annual report, up to two amendments each year and regular enforcement checks to ensure that you preserve your good standing with the state, in addition to everything from the Starter kit.
- Premium ($249)-This bundle continues with all of the Pro plan’s content, and incorporates some services from third parties: a business page, domain name, privacy software for domain names, and a business email address.
Pros:
- Of the industry’s highest deals
- Outstanding input from clients
- Includes Licensed Agent
Deficiencies:
- Not as fast as some other LLC facilities
Values of the company and Track Record
In the business services sector, Zen Business is a relatively young business, as they only opened their doors in 2015. They have already helped thousands of consumers in their few years of experience, and they say their target is to shape one million more LLCs and companies by 2024. Plus, they’re actually a socially conscious company that uses loans to help bring families out of poverty.
Level Of Customer Support
With Zen Corporation, on their website, you can reach their support department by phone, email, or the chat feature. Their hours of service are pretty regular Monday through Friday from 9 am to 7 pm ET and their reps respond rapidly and provide valuable information in our experience.
Their service, what we think
For some excuse, they’re our top pick! Zen Company has competitive pricing points, great input from customers, and well-balanced packages of instruction. There are several other solid options in this guide, but none of them can beat Zen Business in our view.
#2) Incfile
When it comes to prices, Incfile has a unique benefit, as they offer a free LLC forming service that also requires a year of registered agent service. Their fantastic consumer feedback is one of the key selling points of Incfile, as they have a high amount of favorable reviews available online.
Pricing & Features:
- Silver ($0)-The Silver kit of Incfile continues with the formation fundamentals, including the planning and filing of your organizational papers. In addition to help you open a business bank account, this bundle also provides 12 months of registered agent support, lifetime access to their business warning system, and a declaration and resignation of the organizer form.
- This bundle contains everything from the Silver package, then attaches a federal tax ID number (EIN), a binder embossed with the name of the company, a banking resolution, an operating agreement, and all papers are sent expressly. Gold ($149) Furthermore if you wish to identify your LLC with the IRS as a S company, they can file the required paperwork.
- Platinum ($299)-This bundle contains all of the Gold package, and adds expedited state filing, which in most states significantly speeds up the processing time. You also get a set of attorney-written business contract models, an embossing seal personalized to your LLC details, and a third-party deal for a business website and domain name.
Pros:
- Excellent points on costs
- Thousands of favorable feedback from customers
- Fifteen+ years of experience
- Licensed agent service for one year provided in every formation kit
Deficiencies:
- The Platinum kit is a little too pricey.
- Includes many deals from third-party partners which do not add much value
Values of the company and Track Record
Incfile opened for business in 2004, and they have produced more than 250,000 LLCs and businesses for their customers to date. Even more impressive than their solid level of experience is their feedback from clients. On third-party review websites, Incfile has several thousand reviews available, and they retain outstanding average ranking scores even with such a high amount of feedback. It’s apparent that most consumers of Incfile are pleased with what they have to sell.
Level Of Customer Support
Incfile has a strong customer service reputation that was proven when we used it for ourselves. Their response times are quick, whether you call or email them, and their members are courteous and well-informed. They do not have the same amount of customer service personalization as some rivals like Northwest do, but with their support, Incfile still does a solid job.
Their service, what we think
Everyone wants to get stuff for free, and Incfile is the only organization we know about that provides a free program for LLC preparation (apart from the state fee). They do enough things well to be considered for any company creation, especially with their excellent reputation for customer reviews.
#3) Northwest Registered Agent
One of the most available LLC creation service providers is Northwest Licensed Agent. Their rates are fair for what you receive, and their premium registered agent program provides one full year in any training plan they offer. In addition, they provide outstanding customer service, with each customer account delegated to highly experienced staff.
Pricing & Features:
- Basic ($225)-The primary offering from Northwest entails the preparing of your corporate papers, and they will also file these documents with your state to form your business officially. It also provides 12 months of registered agent support in this kit.
Pros:
- Fair model for pricing
- Inclusion of 12 months of registered agent operation
- Personalized service for customers by a committed agent
Deficiencies:
- Just a few dozen client reviews are available,
- Compared to other websites, rates are very high.
Values of the company and Track Record
They opened for business in 1998 and since then they’ve served millions of consumers. They only have about 110 customer reviews, but almost all of them are good (most of which you can find on Google). When it comes to Northwest’s offerings and credibility, we were not able to find more than a limited number of critical feedback.
Level Of Customer Support
Northwest is famous for its Business Manuals, which is what their service representatives call them. Their corporate guides are very knowledgeable about a number of challenges you may face as a consumer, and they are the best in the industry in our view.
Their service, what we think
Northwest could be your top pick if customer service is a concern for you. Moreover, they have good pricing models, and a strong offering is their registered agent operation. In this industry, they are really one of our favorite firms.
#4) LegalZoom
The first name that comes to virtually everyone’s mind is LegalZoom when you mention online incorporation facilities. That’s because millions of clients have been served, and they still advertise extensively through a range of newspapers.
The pricing models of LegalZoom are not exactly filled with value and do not provide licensed agent support with any of their bundles for LLC creation. In short, you might get more bang from Zen Company or Northwest for your buck, but LegalZoom still has some advantages of its own.
Pricing & Features:
- Economy ($79)-You get the basics of LLC creation, along with a banking resolution, with LegalZoom’s entry-level LLC service kit.
- Standard ($329): This bundle attaches to the Economy package an LLC kit and seal.
- Express Gold ($349)-The Express Gold package with the office of the Secretary of State adds hurry processing.
Pros:
- Loads of technical practice
- Widespread identification of names
Deficiencies:
- With no registered agent
- The “Standard” bundle is way too pricey.
- Continuous Upsells
- Values of the company and Track Record
LegalZoom was born in 1999 and has served 3.6 million consumers since then with over 1 million entities founded. Their customer feedback is a mixed bag of positive and negative reviews, especially in contrast to Northwest and Zen Business’ predominantly positive feedback.
Level Of Customer Support
LegalZoom has strong phone service, in our opinion. They’ve always been able to reliably and fully answer our questions, and their reps are very sensitive. However, since we have waited more than a full week to hear back from them, their email service is almost useless, just to get a form email that does not answer our query at all.
Their service, what we think
If what you are searching for is to use a huge LLC operation, LegalZoom is definitely a good fit. However, they just don’t give as much bang for your buck as other solutions do in our view.
#5) MyCompanyWorks
For pricing, MyCompanyWorks is nearly equal to LegalZoom and offers functionality in their LLC formation bundles. MyCompanyWorks’ most remarkable feature as a corporation is their incredible consumer input, as almost all of their 2,500+ web reviews are positive. We really appreciate the fact that they promise that all LLC creation orders within one business day will be processed and lodged with the state.
Pricing & Features:
Basic ($79)-This kit contains, along with a tailored operating agreement and operational minutes, the fundamentals of LLC creation.
Entrepreneur ($199)-You can get all the functionality of the Simple plan with this bundle, including a federal tax ID number (EIN), an LLC kit and seal, membership cards, and some company forms.
Full ($279)-The Entrepreneur Plan applies a year of registered agent support to this bundle.
Pros:
- Terrific input from clients
- Satisfaction guarantee of 100 percent
- Offering good registered agent operation
Deficiencies:
- Licensed agent used in the most costly kit only
- Not much availability for customer service
- Values of the company and Track Record
Since 2001, MyCompanyWorks has been around. They’ve helped shape 50,000+ corporate organizations over the years. They were also named in 2017 to the Inc5000 list for the nation’s fastest-growing private enterprises.
Level Of Customer Support
MyCompanyWorks provides solid, consistent service for consumers who can be accessed by phone or email. We have always found their team members to be competent when we have reached out to them and their response times are also fast. However you can only contact their support staff on weekdays from 11am-7pm ET, which is a pretty limited availability time.
Their service, what we think
MyCompanyWorks has no glaring negatives about their business, but none of their positives are sufficiently relevant to drive them into the top tier of services for LLC creation.
#6) BizFilings
With over 500,000 company filings since they were formed in 1996, BizFilings has plenty of experience. Their entry-level pricing is mediocre, and both of their LLC formation bundles provide six months of licensed agent service, but depending on the state you are developing in, their top two packages differ dramatically in price.
Pricing & Features:
Basic ($99)-This package, along with six months of registered agent support, covers the planning and filing of your organizational papers.
Basic (varies from $159-244): An LLC package and seal, as well as a model operating agreement and other company form models are applied to the Standard contract.
Full (varies from $199-434)-A federal tax ID number (EIN), a verified copy of your organizational papers, overnight delivery, and an instructional DVD are attached to this package.
Pros:
- Elevated degree of expertise
- Registered agent of 6 months used
- Good client service and long working hours
Deficiencies:
- Quite little ratings from consumers
- Pricing Mediocre
- Vague periods for turnaround
- Values of the company and Track Record
BizFilings was founded in 1996, and over 500,000 corporate companies have been formed since then. Today, BizFilings is a subsidiary of the multinational regulatory and information management group, Wolters Kluwer.
Level Of Customer Support
You can contact customer service from BizFilings by phone or email. We have familiarity with both solutions, and their well-trained leaders have always given us timely assistance. Their working hours are very generous, as they run Monday through Friday from 7am to 9pm ET.
Their service, what we think
Due to the low value and heavy price tags of their LLC creation bundles, BizFilings struggled to break into the top three.
#7) Harvard Business Services
In the state of Delaware, Harvard Business Services is an exemplary supplier of LLC formation services, although they do not offer services in any other state. For all of their preparation programs, they have a full year of certified agent support, and they get excellent customer feedback. Since opening in 1981, Harvard Business Services has produced 175,000+ companies in Delaware.
Pricing & Features:
- Green ($89)-You can get a company name verification and the prep/filing of your corporate articles for this entry-level kit. In addition, they bundle a personalized digital “seal,” and compliance coaching in a year of licensed agent support.
- Basic ($139)-This package contains an operating agreement, certificates of digital membership, a bank resolution, a hard copy of the training history, priority mailing, and other important documentation.
- Custom ($239)-The Standard set, along with ten membership cards, adds an LLC kit and seal.
Pros:
- Amazing registered agent pricing
- Fantastic feedback from customers
- Solid Track Record Record
Deficiencies:
- Resources that are exclusively open to Delaware firms
- Values of the company and Track Record
In 1981, Harvard Business Services opened its doors. They have established more than 190,000 business organizations in Delaware since then. Over the years, the company has expanded tremendously, as the founder used to run the business out of his home. Today, in Lewes, Delaware, Harvard Business Services has office room staffed with employees.
Level Of Customer Support
With Harvard Business Resources, by phone, email, online chat, or Skype, you can contact their customer support staff. You can receive supportive, skilled support from their members, no matter which choice you chose. We never had to wait too long to hear back from them either.
Their service, what we think
Harvard Company Services would definitely have been in the discussion if they delivered service in all 50 states to reach the top three. In the state of Delaware, they are a great choice for entrepreneurs looking to build a company.
#8) Swyft Filings
For limited liability partnership development packages, Swyft Filings have low pricing points, but they do not have several useful features. This company is a new addition to the business marketing services sector, but it represents a high number of customers. Their best selling point, with thousands of endorsements and high overall ranking ratings, is their outstanding customer response.
Pricing & Features:
- Basic ($49)-This kit, together with an organizer’s declaration and a handful of third-party partner deals, contains the fundamentals of company creation.
- Normal ($149)-This contract begins with all the standard package functionality, and adds a federal tax ID number (EIN), an operating arrangement for custom LLC, a custom banking settlement, and minutes for the organization.
- Premium ($299)-The Premium package provides electronic distribution of state records, a personalized digital LLC pack, the state’s expedited sorting, FedEx shipping, and a company platform and hosting offer by third parties.
Pros:
- Low Points of Price
- Terrific input from clients
- Same-day filing guaranteed
Deficiencies:
- Packages for forming lack important features
Values of the company and Track Record
There is very little information available online on Swyft Filings. The company was created by an attorney in 2012, and thousands of firms have been established, but that’s all the details we could find.
Level Of Customer Support
Via phone, email, or web chat, Swyft Filings provides customer service. When we approach them, they always reply instantly, and their team members have always been able to correctly answer our questions.
Their service, what we think
Although they have a low entry-level price point for LLC formation, and their feedback from consumers is admittedly excellent, they just do not provide the functionality required to break into the top options.
#9) Nationwide Incorporators
The claim to fame of Nationwide Incorporators is that each paper they prepare is either drafted or checked by an accomplished company lawyer. Although their prices may be a bit higher for LLC formation service than some competitors, their “Attorney-Powered” slogan is more than just a catchphrase. On their Yelp page, they also offer a valuable voucher that can take $100 off their higher-priced training packages.
Pricing & Features:
- Basic ($145)-You get the essentials of LLC formation with this package, along with a sample operating agreement and organizational minutes.
- Priority Deluxe ($325)-This plan begins with all the basic package features, including an embossed minute book, a custom short-form LLC operating agreement, custom membership certificates, and a state-specific maintenance requirements checklist.
- Priority Premium ($375)-Custom minutes, a membership ledger, and a federal tax ID number (EIN) are added to the Priority Premium package.
Pros:
- Any papers drawn up or checked by a prosecutor
- $395 accessible on Yelp with a $295 voucher
- Requirements for state-specific enforcement
Deficiencies:
- Pricing isn’t terrific,
- Some services are available only by telephone,
- Kit Formation does not require a registered agent
Values of the company and Track Record
Since 1997, National Incorporators have been around. As he has been a corporate solicitor for over 40 years, company creator Mike Ross has far more expertise than that. Although they do not have a high number of consumers as other rivals do, they say you should never “confuse volume with quality” on their website.
Level Of Customer Support
Via email or cell, you can meet National Incorporators. We’ve used both of these options many times, and the consistency of their service has always inspired us. Company director Mike Ross also answers the call himself, offering a distinct edge to National Incorporators. None of their rivals have experienced corporate lawyers answering the calls, that’s for sure.
Their service, what we think
Their offer to have a reputable company lawyer draft or study the training papers is intriguing, and for some people, it is definitely worth the extra cost. Generally speaking, we agree that the three most common picks give more value per dollar.
#10) MyCorporation
For over 20 years, MyCorporation has been around and in those years they have represented more than a million company customers. They get positive consumer feedback, and they give decent service as well. The problems with MyCorporation start with their delivery fee of $34, which is not applied to their shipments’ advertised price. Furthermore for $100, they provide “rush processing,” but they do not say how much this speeds up the production time.
Pricing & Features:
- Basic ($133)-This kit requires just a verification of the availability of the name, and the preparing and filing of the training papers.
- Optional ($158)-The Standard option applies to the Simple kit one year of performance report support.
- Deluxe ($258)-This option contains all of the Basic package’s functionality, and adds licensed agent support for one year.
- Premium ($358)-The Premium option continues with all the Deluxe plan features, adding a year of support from MaintainMyBiz. This role helps you to make up to four company filings at no extra expense in the next year.
Pros:
- Good input from customers
- A plethora of knowledge
- Strong service for customers
Deficiencies:
- Extra $34 delivery cost
- Packages for Threadbare creation
- Vague operation “expediting”
Values of the company and Track Record
MyCorporation, since 1998, has been in operation. They’ve helped more than a million people in their 20+ years in the industry. They’re a woman-owned company, and if you have any questions or feedback, you can contact their CEO directly on Twitter (@deborahsweeney).
Level Of Customer Support
By phone or email, MyCorporation provides customer service. We’re impressed by their quick response times with either option, as we’ve never waited long to hear back from them. Their reps are friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, we have no complaints about their support system.
Their service, what we think
While MyCorporation receives good feedback from their clients, their prices simply aren’t competitive enough to crack the top three.
#11) Rocket Lawyer
A massive amount of customers are treated by Rocket Lawyer, since they have supported about 20 million customers since they launched in 2008. The founding of LLC is only one of several resources offered by Rocket Lawyer; their legal services subscription is the cornerstone of their deals, including access to skilled company lawyers and many other advantages. Good customer feedback is obtained by Rocket Lawyer, showing that most of their customers are satisfied with their operation, and they even offer a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee.
Pricing & Features:
- Rocket Lawyer has only one kit of LLC creation. It costs $99.99 and does not have any extra attributes above the formation fundamentals. If you sign up for their legal services contract ($39.99/month), as a new client, you can get LLC training for free. Current clients are eligible for a 25 percent discount.
Pros:
- Healthy ratings from consumers
- Loads of technical practice
- Satisfaction guarantee of 100 percent
Deficiencies:
- Large costs for Formations of LLC
- No features available with the LLC Service
- Values of the company and Track Record
And though Rocket Lawyer has only been around since 2008, 20 million clients have already represented them. It’s not sure how many of those are corporate consumers instead of individuals purchasing personal services (like wills or attorney’s power), but either way it’s an incredible amount of customers.
Level Of Customer Support
Via phone, email, or web chat, Rocket Lawyer provides customer service. Their flexible working hours are a huge bonus, as you can call them on weekdays at any time from 9 am to 9 pm. Their reps are polite and supportive, and they often respond in a timely manner. With their support, the only (minor) concern we have is that the chat feature is somewhat convoluted and not quite user-friendly.
Their service, what we think
The bid by Rocket Lawyer is very pedestrian, missing any features that would make it stand out from a packed pack of rivals. Although there is nothing wrong with using them to shape the business, we think there are better alternatives available.
#12) InCorp
For their registered agent operation, InCorp is much better known than for their LLC formations. While they offer outstanding pricing for registered agents, their LLC creation service is a bit underwhelming with a wide pool of committed registered agent clients.
Pricing & Features:
- InCorp only has one support plan for LLC creation, which costs $99 plus state charge. It just involves the basic components of creating a company: a review of the availability of a business name, and the preparing and filing of your organizational papers.
Pros:
- Fantastic registered service for agents
- Good interest from consumers
Deficiencies:
- Offering Poor LLC Formation
- Client reviews from Mediocre
- Values of the company and Track Record
In 1998, InCorp entered this business. Today, with 125,000+ active customers, they are the nation’s fourth-most popular registered agent service. Their EntityWatch function is an intriguing feature, as it monitors the status of your compliance, keeps a deadline filing schedule, stores your records, and more.
Level Of Customer Support
The customer service team at InCorp is available by telephone, email, or chat. At all times, they have Spanish-speaking members open, and on weekdays their operating hours range from 9am-9pm ET. The level of their assistance has always amazed us, and we have no reservations about the way they offer customer service.
Their service, what we think
LLC formation operation is not the subject of InCorp, as it illustrates. While they are an outstanding choice for registered agent operation, there are several other businesses that offer more value per dollar than InCorp does for LLC formations.
#13) Harbor Compliance
For LLC formations, Harbor Enforcement has very high costs, but they also provide a comprehensive range of inviting qualities. On many third-party rating websites, they have good customer input, useful services that many organizations use and a great reputation for customer support.
Pricing & Features:
- Formation ($399)-Their entry-level kit continues with a verification of the availability of the name and the preparation/filing of the training papers. They also have a registered agent duty year a federal tax ID (EIN) number, and a framework for a customized LLC operating agreement.
- Compliance ($799)-This contract continues with all of the Formation kit features, adding a year of annual report support, one year of assistance by one of their compliance experts, and whether you like it, S corp or C corp tax option. They also have a publishing service and an initial report, where necessary.
Pros:
- Fantastic service for consumers
- Knowledge Center complete with resources for learning
- Nice licensed service for agents
Deficiencies:
- Quite high price of LLC formation facility
- Compared to other peers, lacking experience
Values of the company and Track Record
In 2012, Harbor Enforcement opened for business. They’ve served more than 25,000 customers since then. In the LLC formation service game, they may not be the biggest player, but they are a highly reliable mid-size organization.
Level Of Customer Support
For Harbor Enforcement, each customer has access to one of their professionals for compliance. All the ins and outs of business preparation are understood by these professionally skilled professionals, and they can help you handle all the trickiest facets of business ownership. Via phone or email, or by filling out the contact form on their website, you can reach their support staff.
Their service, what we think
Harbor Enforcement is a fantastic enterprise, and we strongly recommend their operation as a registered agent. However the price of their LLC formation is just too high to gain a place in the top three.
#14) Incorporate.com
As it opened for business well over a century ago in 1899, Incorporate.com is one of the oldest businesses in the business services field. Sadly, their LLC training service is very pricey, costing twice as much as many rivals without adding sufficiently useful features to make their price point worthwhile. Nor does Incorporate.com provide strong user feedback.
Pricing & Features:
- The Starter ($99)-This kit contains only the essentials: a check of the availability of a company name, and the preparing and filing of your organizational papers.
- The Basics ($634)-A federal tax ID number (EIN), an LLC kit and lock, annual report program, and a compliance dashboard instrument are attached to this scheme.
- The Works ($734)- A business license analysis kit and a personalized operating agreement are attached to the Works bundle.
Pros:
- Experience of over a century
- Strong service to consumers
Deficiencies:
- Highly elevated prices
- Misleading (not all promoted features are currently included) ads
- Bad reviews from consumers
Values of the company and Track Record
Since the 19th century, when it opened in 1899, Incorporate.com has been around. They’ve represented over 750,000 customers over the years. Their name (from Corporation Support Provider to The Company Corporation to Incorporate.com) has changed many times, but for over 120 years their primary operation has been the same.
Level Of Customer Support
Customer service is one of the few items that Incorporate.com does correctly. Via phone, email, or chat, you can contact them. They always act immediately, and their officials have reliable data that addresses any questions you might have.
Their service, what we think
Their baseline price point is unimpressive, and despite the features available, their two higher-priced levels are wildly overpriced.

How Do LLC Resources Operate online?
Online LLC facilities, for the most part, need relatively little work from entrepreneurs. All you would need to do is provide them with some simple details about yourself and your organization to have your LLC established with any of these firms. Then you may pay in-house costs for the operation, as well as the company creation fee for your territory.
The service provider will draft the articles of organization from there, which is the paper used to form the LLC with the government of your state officially. They will file it with the state until the document is able to be sent and pay the amount they received from you. Your creation is in the hands of the state at that point.
You will get proof of the effective LLC forming process when the state finishes processing the formation, and the organization will be officially able to work.
How to configure an LLC on your own
Will you like to form an LLC of your own? This choice will save you some cash so you don’t have to pay for a business to build your organization. We’ll note, however, that you’ll still have to pay your state’s fee.
Prepare to draft the corporate papers. You will need to do two things before you get started. First, you should choose a business name for your LLC, and by searching the business database of your state, make sure it is available. Secondly, as a licensed representative, you get to determine who you wish to represent. You can recruit or appoint yourself as the agent for the licensed agent program, or you can enlist the aid of a trustworthy family member or friend. You could also hire an attorney or accountant, but in our view, this is a very pricey choice without any significant benefits to make it worth the expense.
Each state has a somewhat different take on LLC creation, so you can consult with your state to decide what is needed in this text. Establish and File the Articles of Organization For the most part, though the name and address of your company, the essence of the business carried out by your LLC, the identification and position of your registered agent, and the names of the owners of your LLC will need to be included.
Get an EIN-The Workplace Identity Number (EIN), also known as a federal tax ID number, helps the organization to recruit workers, file returns, access business bank accounts, and more. For your company, the EIN is comparable to a Social Security number.
Although it is not specifically mandated by statute, it is incredibly necessary that you create an operating agreement for your company. Draft an Operating Agreement This paper specifies how the company will be operated, which will help stop potential conflicts between owners. In general, along with plans to distribute the proceeds of the LLC, you can define the duties, obligations, and rights of each owner. Furthermore, you may want to set rules for holding meetings and voting on crucial topics, and outline the succession procedure for an owner.
Open a Business Bank Account- So after opening a bank account, you may want to set up a banking infrastructure for your business. This allows you to keep your personal and company finances apart and it brings an air of integrity to your LLC as well. Your clients will, after all, be much more secure writing checks to your company than they will for your own name.
While certain organizations can act in a compliant manner without acquiring licenses, most LLCs need at least one license or permit. Acquire licenses and permits. The U.S. has thousands of states for licenses, and they all have laws and regulations of their own. To guarantee that you have all your company requires to keep in good standing, you’ll need to consult with your state, county, and municipality.
